We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

If a product purchased from Michael’s On The Beach is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in unused and unworn condition in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, worn or used swimwear items are not eligible for return.

If an incorrect order is placed by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For damaged items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Without photographic evidence, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
