Return & Refund Policy
At Michael’s On The Beach, our mission is to provide high-quality swimwear and excellent customer service at every step. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

Returned in original packaging with all tags intact

Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, used, worn, washed, or altered swimwear items are not eligible for return.
If an incorrect order was placed by the customer, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.
Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return criteria. If a return is requested due to customer error or change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
To return an item:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging

Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package

Drop off the package at the shipping carrier specified on the label
If you are unable to locate your return label, please contact our support team for assistance.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without photographic proof may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
