Order Cancellation Policy
At Michael’s On The Beach, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed with us and what options are available if your order has already been processed or shipped.
Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us via email.
To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
Cancellation requests submitted after the 30-minute window may not be guaranteed, as orders may already be in processing.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please wait until the item is delivered and then follow the return instructions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund Processing After Cancellation or Return
Once a canceled or returned order is received and inspected (if applicable), please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Order Not Yet Received
If you have not yet received your order and it has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible to return the item once it is delivered.
If you believe there is an issue with delivery or tracking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
- If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the address. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can advise you on the next steps.
