At Michael’s On The Beach, we are committed to delivering your swimwear orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Every order is carefully packed and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Our shipping process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)
Delivery times may vary depending on customer location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume. These factors are beyond our control.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking system.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your shipment is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping packaging
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Email the photos along with your order number to [email protected]
Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after 7 days of delivery may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Michael’s On The Beach is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it.
